【培养】学位与培养办关于开展2019-2020学年春季学期研究生评教工作的通知Notice on Student Course Evaluation for the Spring Semester of 2020

 

亲爱的同学们：

      大家好！

      学生评教是践行“以学生为中心”的课堂教育理念的重要举措，既是学生行使参与教学管理的权利，也是为学校教学质量保障应尽的义务。

      受疫情影响，2019-2020学年春季学期全面采用了网络教学，为确保评教工作顺利开展，本学期研究生评教通过“教学质量管理平台”进行。现将有关事项通知如下：

      一、参评对象

      2019-2020学年春季学期参与选课的全体研究生。

      二、评教时间

      2020年5月22日16:30—6月7日17:30。

      三、评教内容

      主要从学生对线上课程的总体满意度、任课老师课程准备情况、课堂讲解等维度进行调研。问卷共10道客观题，4道主观题，大约需要8分钟完成填写。

      四、方法及步骤

     （一）境内学生

      1.电脑端：官网首页-常用系统-教学质量管理平台。

      （网址：eval.sustech.edu.cn，用CAS账号、密码登录 ）

      2.手机端：学校微信企业公众号--教学质量管理平台。

      3.在“我的任务”中填写并提交本学期所选课程的听课评教表（操作指南请见附件1）。

      （二）留学生

使用问卷星测试，链接为：https://www.wjx.cn/jq/78305035.aspx

      五、特别提示

      （一）听课评价表中所有的评价项都是必答项，请一定完整填写所有的评价项，以保障评价结果的有效性。

      （二）评教结果将以匿名方式，在考试成绩公布后才会反馈给开课单位和任课教师，作为改进教学、提高教学质量的参考。

      （三）请同学们继续公正、客观地评价教师的课堂教学质量。

Notice on Student Course Evaluation for the Spring Semester of 2020

Dear Graduate Students,

    As classes of the spring semester come to an end, the University has set up course evaluations and welcomed comments from each of you. Your feedback on the courses will be very valuable for the University to ensure our classes are designed and delivered with a focus on the students. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our classes for this semester have moved online. To facilitate effective course evaluations, graduate students are expected to offer their comments through the “Teacher Evaluation Management Platform”. Please refer to the procedures below.

    1. Who should take part in the course evaluations?

    All graduate students enrolled in classes of Spring 2020.

  • When is the evaluation open?

From 16:30 Monday, May 22, 2020 through 17:30 Friday, June 7, 2020.

  • Evaluation content

The questionnaire consists of 10 multiple choice questions and 4open-ended questions. It may take you 8 minutes to finish the evaluation form. The questions are designed to learn about your satisfaction with the online course, the preparedness of instructors, and the overall quality of course delivery.

  • How to access the evaluation form? 
  •     For Chinese students
  • PC: Log in eval.sustech.edu.cn with your CAS.
  • Mobile phone: Go to “SUSTech Wechat Account”, and then select “Teacher Evaluation Management Platform”
  • Select “My Assignments” and fill out the evaluation form. (Please refer to the attachment for detailed steps.)
  • Only for International Students

  • Reminder
  • All evaluation questions are mandatory. A completed evaluation form helps us collect accurate and complete results of student feedback.
  • Your feedback will be made available to the instructors and the course offering units anonymously after final course grades are announced. Student evaluations will be referred to in planning course improvement.
  • You are expected to offer objective and fair evaluations on each instructor and course.
